before they pick up the phone. Many of our less scrupulous competitors will tell you that they “don’t charge for
Call-Outs”………Ask yourself why?
Knowing that you are perhaps facing a crisis they will attend and then
start applying charges before they even turn a spanner. They are taking advantage of your vulnerability in your hour of need.

For example: You call us at 6pm, and specify attendance
within one hour. The prevailing rate is £65.00, we attend promptly but (with your permission) are on-site for 1.5 hours. The
total charge would be £97.50 (£65 x 1.5).
It
is worth noting that our charges are based upon the “time you report the fault” and not the time that we attend.
A call reported after 6.30 would have a higher “prevailing rate” but your call was placed with us before this
time and therefore all subsequent part or full hours are multiples of the “rate” in effect at that time.
If your Home or Business
is located in South London or Kent then we will attend.
