Formally trained and with over 10 years of design and specifying experience you can be sure that we will help you to
decide upon the heating appliance or system that will best serve your needs.
We want our Customers to make "informed choices" when selecting a new boiler or deciding upon the heating
system that they require. Pro-Plumb will provide all the information needed to ensure that you are able to.
We are able to supply any appliance, radiator or control but prefer to promote those made by manufacturers that
have established a proven and demonstrable reputation for reliability, quality and good after sales support. We tend
to avoid unbranded goods unless specified by the Customer.
Most boilers we install are "condensing" (SEDBUK A or B) but under some circumstances are able to install "non-condensing"
alternatives. Information is available upon request.
We recognise that boiler or
system renewal can be an anxious experience for homeowners and the important role that careful customer liaison
throughout the installation process plays in easing this anxiety. We will happily guide clients through the installation process proposing
efficient, reliable and cost-effective solutions and alternatives along the way.
Upon completion of work we will guide the user through use of their new system and issue documents used to inform
the "property port-folio" and assure compliance with the "Gas Installation and Use Regulations". All waste will
be disposed of responsibly and the system flushed and chemically treated to enhance longevity.
